How it works
Montager is a single pipeline: it writes, illustrates, narrates and captions your video — then hands you a real editor and a publish calendar. Here's the whole journey.
A premise, a topic, a rough thought — or use ideation to develop it into a full draft you can edit. Pick the use case, voice, art style, aspect ratio and length. The exact credit cost shows before anything runs.
A hook-first script in plain, spoken words — structured for the format you picked (story, explainer, ranking, promo, briefing…). Edit any line, or write the whole thing yourself.
Scenes are generated as one consistent storyboard, so characters, outfits and style hold across the whole video — and across episodes when you use a Show with a recurring cast.
A natural AI voice reads the script; every word is time-aligned and burned in as karaoke captions with keyword emphasis, in fonts that handle English and Turkish properly.
Any panel can be animated to real motion video with one click — most creators animate the opening for the hook and keep the rest as Ken Burns stills. Add an auto-ducked music bed if the piece wants it.
The editor is non-destructive: regenerate panels, rewrite lines, re-voice, reorder, nudge cuts — every version kept. Export 9:16 / 16:9 / 1:1, publish to YouTube now, or queue it on the per-channel scheduler.

A 30–60 second video typically renders in a few minutes end-to-end, including script, scenes, narration and captions.
A 30-second still-image video is about 10 credits; 60 seconds about 25. Fully animating a video costs more (about 310 credits per minute). Every job shows its exact price before you run it.
Yes — that's the point of the editor. Regenerate any scene, edit or re-voice any line, reorder beats, swap music. Only what changed re-renders, so edits are fast and cheap.
A reusable world: locked cast with reference images, a setting, a music theme. Episodes generated inside a Show keep the same characters and look — that's how you build a channel people subscribe to.
Export works everywhere (MP4). Direct publishing and calendar scheduling are built in for YouTube; more platforms are planned.
