14-day money-back guarantee

Every purchase on Montager — subscription payments and credit packs alike — can be refunded in full within 14 days of the purchase date, no questions asked. There are no conditions and no exceptions.

How to request a refund

Email hello@montager.app from the address on your account, or reply to the receipt email you received from Paddle, our payment provider. Include the email address you purchased with; nothing else is required.

How refunds are processed

Refunds are issued by Paddle to your original payment method, typically within 5–10 business days of approval. We confirm every refund request by email within 2 business days.

Subscriptions and cancellation

You can cancel your subscription at any time in the app; cancelling stops all future charges and you keep access until the end of the current billing period. Each renewal payment is itself covered by the 14-day guarantee above.
