Last updated: 10 June 2026 · Contact: hello@montager.app · Pricing · Privacy Policy · Refund Policy · Content Policy
These Terms govern your use of Montager (“the service”), available at montager.app. By using the service you agree to them. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
1. Who operates Montager
Montager is operated by Emre Tokerler, an individual (sole trader) based in Türkiye (“we”, “the operator”). You can reach us at hello@montager.app.
2. What the service does
Montager is a web application that turns a written idea into a short narrated video: AI-generated storyboard images, text-to-speech narration, and subtitles, exported as a ready-to-post video. It can also publish finished videos to YouTube channels you connect.
3. Your account and eligibility
You sign in with Google. You must be at least 13 years old and provide accurate information. You are responsible for activity under your account.
4. Plans, credits, and payment
- Payment processing. Purchases are processed by our merchant of record, Paddle, who handles checkout, invoicing, and applicable taxes. Paddle’s Buyer Terms apply to every purchase.
- Subscriptions renew automatically at the listed price at the end of each billing period until cancelled. You can cancel at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period, and you keep access until then.
- Credits are prepaid units consumed when you generate or edit videos. The estimated credit cost of a job is shown before you start it. Subscription credits roll over while your subscription is active; credit packs are valid for 12 months from purchase.
- Refunds are described in our Refund Policy — every purchase can be refunded within 14 days, no questions asked.
- Prices are listed in USD; any applicable VAT or sales tax is shown at checkout.
5. Your content and responsibilities
You retain ownership of the ideas you submit and the videos you generate. You are solely responsible for that content and for how you use it. You agree not to use Montager to create or publish content that is illegal, infringing, deceptive, or spam, or that impersonates real people — including face swaps, deepfakes, or voice imitations of identifiable individuals.
6. YouTube
Publishing uses YouTube API Services. You agree to the YouTube Terms of Service. You are responsible for ensuring the content you publish complies with YouTube’s policies and applicable law, and that you hold the rights to it. You may disconnect a channel at any time in Settings.
7. Third-party services
The service is built on Google Cloud / Firebase and generates content through third-party AI providers (including fal and Google Gemini) operated under our own accounts. Their availability affects the service; their content policies apply to generation requests.
8. Acceptable use
Do not abuse, reverse-engineer, overload, or attempt to circumvent the limits or security of the service, and do not use it to violate any third party’s rights or any law.
9. Availability and changes
The service is provided “as is”, without warranties, and may change at any time. We may update these Terms; continued use after an update means you accept the new Terms. Material changes to paid features will be announced in advance.
10. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the operator is not liable for indirect or consequential damages, or for content you generate or publish. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the service in the 12 months before the claim.
11. Termination
You may stop using the service and delete your account at any time in Settings. We may suspend or terminate access for violations of these Terms; if we terminate without cause, unused prepaid amounts will be refunded.
12. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye, without affecting any mandatory consumer protections that apply in your country of residence.
