Can I cancel anytime?

Yes, in the app. Cancelling stops future charges and you keep access until the end of the billing period.

What's the refund policy?

Every purchase — subscriptions and credit packs — is refundable in full within 14 days, no questions asked. See the Refund Policy linked below.

Do unused credits expire?

Subscription credits roll over for as long as your subscription is active. Credit packs are valid for 12 months from purchase.

Who bills me?

Payments are processed by our merchant of record, which handles applicable taxes. Your receipt and any VAT invoice come from them.
